Recruiting

 

The focus of our recruiting effort is to provide the best qualified individuals for our clients’ needs. Applicants are eligible for assignment after an in depth application process, which includes I9 information, job/work history, references and a thorough interview.

 

Only after a complete screening of qualifications, and background material is a temporary carefully compared to the client’s job description for assignment.

 

 

Screening

 

Prior to placement, all Advanced’ Temporaries personnel are screened. We use a variety of methods for the screening process, which include but are not limited to; reference checks (minimum of two), work experience, to include a minimum of six months experience for office clerical and industrial personnel, twelve months for medical personnel, computerized testing, using state of the art office automation testing software and training software. Also at our disposal are a number of general aptitude and knowledge, manual dexterity, and color blindness tests.
