last 40 years. In depth application, testing,
job/work history, references and most important,
a thorough interview, help us to clearly see the
person applying and to clearly identify where
to place them.
Prior to placement Advance’d Temporaries
personnel are thoroughly screened. A variety of
methods are used for the screening process, which
include but are not limited to; work experience/skills
inventory checklist, education verification and
certification verification, licensure verification
(where applicable), reference checks, OIG and
GSA background, Department of Homeland Security
Pilot Program, criminal background (nationwide),
sex offender database, and computerized testing,
using state of the art testing and training software.
Also at our disposal are a number of general aptitude
and knowledge, manual dexterity, and color blindness
tests. Drug and alcohol screening are available
upon request.
* All applicants have a Statewide/National Criminal
and Sex Offender Background Check and Social Security
Verification. Drug Screening is included upon
client request. We also verify employees through
the Homeland Security Pilot Program.
